Corazon mets Neon

@sakura-rose12, I kinda took some inspiration from your WIP Comic. I hope you don't mind.

Thirteen years is a long time to go without seeing someone you love. Donquixote Rosinante, Corazon, by some, knew this statement well. Thirteen years ago, he left behind someone precious to him, locked in a treasure chest, while he bled out on the frozen ground. Now standing in Dressrosa with the man who raised him, Rosinante found himself looking at his cherished person, all grown up. Ragged, worn out and wounded from fighting Doflamingo, but alive. He survived that dreaded disease. Their hopes for the Op-Op fruit came true.

With Sengoku’s indirect blessing, turning his back, he raced after the Pirates, racing away from Dressrosa. Corazon called after Trafalgar Law, surprising the younger man by scooping him up and racing down the temporary dock built for the pirates' escape.

A pirate named Bartolomeo hosts most of the pirates, throwing a party over their victory in Dressrosa and creating the Straw Grand Fleet. Law, however, is not fully present in the festivities. His attention is solely on a young woman from the Straw Hat crew, Chaos Neon. Her legs are wrapped in bandages from her thighs to her feet, rendering her unable to walk without assistance. With his gentle touch and caring demeanor, Law takes the lead in this role, tending to her needs with the precision of a doctor and the tenderness of a friend.

A silent observer, Corazon can’t help but notice the profound affection in Law’s eyes when he is with Neon. The soft caresses of her cheek or hair as they converse. Resistance is absent when Neon leans against Law’s shoulder. Corazon discerns that something truly extraordinary has blossomed between the two young souls. It's in the way Law rests his head against hers, closing his eyes and finding solace in their shared presence.

It takes Corazon a few days to find Neon alone; between her crewmates fretting over her, Law also remains vigilant. He finds her leaning against the rail, watching the waves in the early morning sun. Sleeping, hungover pirates from the previous night's partying covered the deck, but she didn’t seem to mind. He carefully walks over, nearly tripping several limbs. A soft humming floats through the air the closer he gets to the young woman.

Corazon clears his throat so as not to startle her. “Chaos Neon?”

Her vibrant red eyes turned to meet his, curiosity lighting them up. Not a trace of fear was present, only a warm smile. “Corazon, it's a pleasure to meet you finally. Law has spoken so much about you.”

This shocks Corazon as he moves closer, sitting on the deck beside her. Law had told someone about him. Neon must have done some heavy work to get Law to open up to her, an impressive feat since it took him nearly six months for Law to open up to him. “I wanted to say thank you for caring about Law. I have been watching the past few days and couldn’t help but notice your bond.”

“Thank you for loving him first, Corazon,” she replies, returning to the sea. “I spent about two years with Law and the Heart Pirates.”

“After your captain punched a Celestial Dragon,” he nods; he knew the story of the Straw Hats disappearing from the world for two years before reemerging in Sabaody.

Neon giggles at the mention of that event: “Yup, Law saved me from getting arrested or warped off to some unknown island by Kuma. Then Silvers Rayleigh asked Law to train me in Haki and anything else he found useful.”

“That explains why he’s been caring for you so much since your injury,” Corazon replies, pulling out a cigarette. “How did you get such extensive wounds to your legs?”

“I fought Doflamingo and pissed him off several times for taking me hostage to use against my friends,” her voice is so casual, with hints of humor in it. “I gave him a tongue lashing he needed to hear.”

The confidence she must possess to stand up to a man like his brother. Corazon thinks about the known abilities the Marines had on this woman; she doesn’t have devil fruit powers. Haki isn’t a perfect armor or tool against someone as psychopathic as Doflamingo, but she did it. “Why?” is all the Corazon manages to say.

“To protect Law,” she admits. “Doflamingo knew that some relationship was between Law and me due to some Punk Hazard events, but I wasn’t scared. I didn’t care because I wouldn’t let him use me against Law, even if it was his biggest fear.” She turns to look at Corazon again. “I would give up my acrobatic abilities, my legs, or anything for Law. I would never regret it.”

“Neon!” Law’s voice calls, interrupting them. “You should be resting.”

The young woman turns, still leaning on the guardrail, “You cleared me for short walks and standing!”

Law marches over with a serious expression, but Neon doesn’t flinch. Instead, she reaches out and tugs on Corazon’s sleeve as if she wants him to see something. “She is using the rail, Law.” Corazon chimes in, trying to help her out to some degree.

“If you push yourself too much, your wounds won’t heal properly,” Law scolds, gently picking her up. “And it is time to change your bandages, maybe even remove them if Mansherry’s abilities sped up the healing process enough.”

“Hold on, don’t you want to introduce me to your father properly!” Neon protests.

Law’s face contorts in confusion, “You want Cora to know?”

“Do you want Corazon to know?” she flips the tables on him so easily.

Corazon smiles, “Law.” The Heart Pirate Captain looks at his father figure. “She’s good for you.”

“She can be like you,” he replies. “And I love her for that.”

Sengoku’s words echo in both men’s minds to go out and seek their happiness. A part of Law’s happiness was already at his side.

Neon leans back so she can look at Corazon from around Law’s shoulder. “Corazon, we should find some time to talk more later! I wanna tell you more about how!”

Corazon chuckles, “And I’ll tell you about Law as a child.”

“I will keep you two apart!” Law shouts, his face and ears bright red, while Neon giggles at his embarrassment.

Kyros the type of dad who watches silly pictures of his daughter back when she was a child in the family photo album and spend 90$ making a frame for each one of them and writing little goofy notes behind them. He likes to proudly show them to every guest who enters the house (Rebecca just sits far away while groaning and hiding her face behind her hands while Viola and Riku are laughing)

Rebecca the type of daughter who keeps sending cheesy glitter "good morning" GIFs and weird but wholesome photo edits of kittens to her dad and aunt and grandpa every morning even when she's in school

Scarlett the type of mom who lets her daughter drive the car while she's dramatically holding onto her passenger seat and gasping at every turn, she herself is a good driver. She also likes to play the radio in the car but always picks on the stations where it's right in the middle of two other stations like when you can hear radio static and music at the same time.

and Viola is the aunt who basically always "knows a friend who can help" in basically anything starting from skipping lengthy lines and waiting times at the airport to literally going to the backstage of every concert, she just KNOWS what she's doing!

Riku is the type of grandpa who HAS to read the small shiny and barely visible sticker at the back of the remote control while wearing his grandpa sunglasses, everybody convinces him not to bother but he's too curious to listen

Riku Matriarch (screw you Oda for not giving her a name) is the type of grandma who always, in some way, brings the most limited edition candy that has been on sale for only the last thirty seconds of halloween (she definitely has a dealer for those)

Red String of Fate LawLu soulmate au.

Law takes comfort in the taut and thick string stretching into the distance all his life. He has always taken comfort in it. When everyone was dying around him, talking of how their strings turned white, his stayed red and vibrant in a world of colorless gray.

He would spend days just twisting it around his fingers as he waited for the disease to take him. Always wondering what his fated one thought of having a dying love somewhere out there on the sea.

When Corazon met his end, and his own thread gained strength, he never even started looking. Law never believed that his soulmate would still hang on to such a weak soul as his. He had settled to never find love.

Then he meets Luffy, and their threads connect and fade. Law is silent, stunned. It is too hard to believe. Luffy just grins, taking Law's hands in his. "I'm glad you survived Traffy"

And that's it, despite Law's doubts and tendencies to run from commitment, Luffy does not leave him alone. Always finding him when the Straw Hat crew has time to relax. Law doesn't do as much as he can in avoiding them.

Then, they make their plan to take down Kaido. It is dangerous, and Law worries more than he has in a long time. He knows that fate loves taking everything that he loves. What if something happens to Luffy? His doubts never go away even if he pushes them down deep.

Luffy sees that Law worries and gets clingier than usual, promising that no matter what, they will all survive.

Law holds onto those words, and as Luffy leaves to fight Kaido, he keeps the red string wrapped around his fingers, so it is in view at all times.

This proves to be a mistake that breaks his fragile peace. The thread that has been the strong constant, present, thins and snaps. It disintegrates in a white mist.

Law drops his sword, his knees give out. Luffy's name falls from his lips in a gut-wrenching scream. Kidd is by his side, blocking big mom. He has no time to check on the warlord but understands well enough what happened.

He knew this would happen, why didn't he try harder to be there for Luffy? They couldn't avoid fighting Kaido, not with their honor at stake, but he should have been there on that roof, supporting his fated one.

Again, he has failed. Again, his cursed soul touched something beautiful and watched it fade away. They should have never met. He can't take this. Tears spill, leaving trails in the dirt and dust covering the pale patches left over from his disease.

"Focus, Trafalgar!" Kidd snaps. "We aren't done yet"

Big Mom laughs, raising her sword. Metal sparks with impact.

"Strawhat ain't dead, no way," he growls, putting as much conviction as he can into his words, even if he does not believe it. The sounds of battle from above have disappeared.

Law looks down at his hands, studying each finger, looking for any sign of the string. If he is alive, it has to be there. He digs at his palm, blood spilling. He wills it to come together into a string, he begs whatever fate, whatever god there is in this world to bring Luffy back. "You're not allowed to die, you promised," He hisses. "Please, Luffy, dont do this," he begs, doubling over. His hands shake. It's not too late to use his power. It can't be. Law gets up on unsteady legs. Not paying attention to Kidd, Big Mom, or Kaido's floating goading form. He needs to reach the roof.

The room gets hotter as Kaido readies an attack that will take them all out. Perhaps that is for the best. Law is so tired. He has his own promise to keep to Corazon, but how much longer can he keep going?

He looks up, ready for the fire to reach them. The glow dancing over tear stained cheeks. Law eyes flutter shut. He focuses on the memories he shared with Luffy. It is not enough. He had spent too much avoiding their connection that the few bright moments they shared feel lacking. Law wants more, it can't be over.

He faintly hears a rhythm past the roar of blood in his ears. It almost sounds like a heartbeat, not his own. His is much weaker, fluttering irregular thing. It feels familiar.

Law opens his eyes only to flinch away. The ruined castle is filled with light as bright as the sun. It is not the light of a fire. "Thank You..." he whispers before he fully understands what it means.

Law lifts his hands up to the sky. Clouds twist around his fingers as they solidify into a white soft thread. It wraps around his ring finger, its fibers pulsing with the same odd rhythm. "He's alive, alive." Law feels a weight he has been carrying for so long, lift, just with those simple words. "He kept his promise." Law swallows his feelings. Maybe he can go a little longer. If Luffy can defy death, then so can he.

After they beat Kaido, Law is the one who does not let Luffy go. Not leaving his soulmates' side for anything in the three days that Luffy sleeps.

(I am absolutely obsessed with this Jessica Jones AU; I've reread it countless times, and it has a vice-like grip on my soul. It hasn't updated in six years, though, sob.)

Zeffsora!Siblings au, but where Sora is alive + Cora x Sora and Law&Sanji brothers!

Ok so, in this, everything thing is the same except Sora doesn't die but Judge makes Sanji believe she is dead and locks him in the dunsheon. Of course, this don't last even a month until Sora discovers and uses all her strenght to take her son and run away, sending a letter explaining the situation to Zeff right after. So Sanji just stay more or less a month in the dunsheon.

Sora fakes their deaths and steals a both, going away. During this, both meet a 11 yo Law who is sick with a Corazon who is looking for a cure for the kid. The four of them start to sail together after some time.

They sail during two years, until Cora finds the Ope Ope no Mi so Law isn't sick anymore. Doflamingo finds them but don't see Law, Sora or Sanji but still shots his brother, Corazon survives tough.

Some weeks after this, with Cora-san much better, Law using his powers from the Akuma no Mi to heal himself and Sora, they find Zeff. Both siblings are happy to see each other and Sora tells everything that happened during these two years. Her brother can notice she seems to... like the man a little too much.

Then, they stay with Zeff for a while, the man noticing the romance between Corazon and his sister. Is he protective? Of course, but the blonde seems to really love Sora so he thinks he can give Rosinate a chance. Sanji and Law already act like brothers so they pratically are a family.

The CoraSora start a relatonship some time after finding Zeff, definitely taking Law and Sanji as their kids. Sanji sees Cora-san as his father as much as the man sees him as a son. And Law sees Sora as a mother just like she sees him as a son. They all chose to take the last name Trafalgar since Donquixote or Vinsmoke are out of question.

After a year or so, with Law going to start his crew with Bepo, Shachi and Penguin, and Zeff oficially going to open the Baratie, Sanji asks his parents if he can go with uncle Zeff so he can be teached how to be a cook. They talk and ask Zeff if this is okay with him. At the end, eggplant goes with his uncle, Patty and Carne to open Baratie.

Both brothers talk with each other and his parents once a week, they all happy that they have such a health and good family. Then Garp showing and having the idea of bringing his grandsons. Zeff at least tells his sister what his boyfriend is planing.

Garp brings ASL and they get along with Sanji quick. Resulting in a very happy Sanji the news that he made friends to his brother and parents.

Then ASL start liking him more and more and falling in love with Sanji. And Sanji is also in love with these three feral boys, his parents find this amusing and later on they ask Zeff about the boys, he says ASL are good brats and they seems to genuinely and really love Sanji. This makes Corazon and Sora relieved, and they talk that if Sanji wants, then he can date these boys. And no, he did not tell Law this on a call, damnmit! His older brother is protective as hell! Sanji and his parents chose that it's easyer telling Law this when the brothers see each other in person again.

But then ASL just ask him to be their boyfriend and well, seems like the news that he's in love with three feral boys will be changed that he's in love and dating said three feral boys. When Law and Sanji have a call the next day, Sanji says he has news to his brother that he wants to say in person when they meet again. Law is confused but agrees.

A month and half later, Law needs to go to the East Blue remembers what his young brother said and calls saying "I will be in the East Blue in a week, I will go visit you and uncle Zeff". Sanji is happy but also, fuck, he has only a week to think about how tell this to his protective older brother.

Later the same day, when ASL arrive to see their boyfriend and eat lunch in the restaurant, they notice Sanji seems really happy with something, to which he reply "Law is coming here!", which... Don't aswer anything? Since they didn't knew who Law was?

This makes ASL more questions about who this guy was for Sanji be so happy to see, Sanji tells it's his older brother who is a pirate (this makes ASL surprised).

Next week, when Law arrives, both go talk in Law's bedroom on the Polar Tang, the older guy wanting to know what "news" his baby bro had. He creates a room so no one hears them talking, and Sanji tells the news that, yay! He's dating all the three feral boys he telled him about'

Law freaks out. Obviously. But then he talks with Sanji and yes, he is protective, but if their parents and uncle Zeff think these boys are good people, then he thinks he can give them a chance.

The brothers stay all day talking, Zeff saying to Law that him and the crew can stay near Baratie and eat there. Sanji goes to sleep with Law on the Polar Tang, both staying awake talking until it's late.

The next day, as if things can't get better, ASL arrive to see Sanji with Garp. And well, meeting their boyfriend older brother wasn't in the plans, but they're already there so they can't do anything.

And would be funny as hell, because if Sanji is, maybe, 13 there, then Law is 18. And he probaly already is tall (to a point where Sanji almost reaches his shoulders) and has the piercing and some tattos. So think about 14 yo Ace and Sabo and 11 yo Luffy meeting this boy who always has a threatening and serious face.

(Also, in the Law&Sanji!Brothers au, they have so much "sunshine" - Sanji - and "sunshine protector" - Law - vibes)

Absolutely those are the vibes they give off, betcha Law even calls Sanji 'Sunshine' and the parents started calling him that too. Zeff 100% does. The fucking asshole.

Okay so Sora is deathly ill from drinking the poison and is locked off in a medical wing and no one is allowed to visit for 'fear of making her worse' which is absolute shit and they all know it. Sanji is considered a failure and locked in the dungeon with the helmet shortly after and Sora is not having it. She escapes and gets Sanji and once they're off Germa, maybe an island or two away she sends a letter to Zeff.

They find Law and Corazon as they're going along. Law is staring at them as they introduce themselves and Corazon introduces himself back. Sanji and Law are staring at each other because what the fuck? Law is outnumbered by these blonds. He is trapped and surrounded. They start sailing together to look for a cure for Law and Corazon and Sora start growing closer over time. So do Law and Sanji because Law is a lot nicer than his siblings and Law sees a new little baby sibling in him. Law is the first one to start calling him 'sunshine' and Sanji takes to it very easily. As do their parents.

Eventually Corazon gets a lead on the Ope-Ope no Mi so they start hunting it down. When they do find it, it's a fight. Corazon hides the kids and Sora away from everyone. He tells them he loves them and puts them in silence and waits for Doflamingo. He gets shot as he stares his brother down and he passes out after he thinks they're safe, not thinking he'll wake up. So he's surprised when he does and Law and Sanji are standing over him, on their ship, with Sora chiding them from the doorway. They immediately start yelling that he's awake and he's okay! Law did great! 'Mom' and 'Sora' mixed in as she smiles at them and checks on her lover herself and helps him eat and drink as he breaks down crying that they're all okay, they made it away.

Then Zeff shows up a few days later. Law has mostly healed his Sora's ailments when he calls 'Pirates!' as loud as he can. Sora rushes on deck with Cora's gun at the ready until she sees the flag and calms down the boys and calls to Cora it's alright. She knows them as the boat pulls up alongside them and Sora yells to Zeff as loud as she can it's about time he shows up. Zeff yells back she hasn't been an easy woman to track down by any means. They lay the planks so the crew can come aboard and start carrying their supplies over and load the four of them onto the larger ship and once it's clear they sail away and sink the smaller ship so no one can track them. Sanji is excited about a real galley and Law is excited to see new medical journals. Rosinante and Sora are just happy they're all safe as she introduces them all to Zeff and Zeff introduces his crew. They start sailing together and Zeff notices pretty quickly how close Rosinante and Sora are, he doesn't like it, doesn't like there's another man after Sora. He fucking hated Judge and what's happened therefore another outrageously tall blond guy? Zeff asks Sora about everything and she tells him and Zeff is getting ready to sail to Germa as Sora is basically hanging off her oldest brother to stop him which is so funny because Sora is in her thirties and Zeff in his fifties as he's yelling orders to his crew and Sora is telling him not to. Zeff gives in because they simply can't take Germa and asks what she wants to do then. Sora says she just wants to find a place to live with the kids, relatively peaceful but it's the North Blue so she's not hoping for much. Zeff thumbs at Rosinante with his burning coat witch a quirked brow and she says him too. Zeff rubs his face and asks his navigator to find them something.

They sail for a while. Sora and Rosinante getting even closer and Law reading all the journals with the medic and getting more whenever they reach port. Sanji reads all the cookbooks and helps cook and learns with the crew. Law eventually sets off but still calls everyone once a week to let them know he's alive. Sora and Rosinante settle on an island and Sanji heads with Zeff to the East Blue to open Baratie so he can "retire". The family call is always hectic, especially as Law's crew grows and are introduced. When the Baratie opens the three of them can't make it and Sanji is so tired he is nodding off during the call - Zeff does take a picture and sends it to them. Law has it hanging up in quarters of the Polar Tang and Sora and Rosinante have it in the kitchen of their little house. Garp visits Baratie with his grandsons because Zeff is his boyfriend and Sanji could use more friends. Sanji meets them and stares at them as they're all introduced and Luffy rubber bands his arms around the two older boys and Zeff sighs long and loud until he Sanji introduces himself as "Trafalgar D. Sanji" which makes Zeff pinch the bridge of his nose as Garp laughs. The boys get along fine.

Then ASL start liking Sanji more than they used to. Over their hangouts they start noticing exactly how much they like him and start fighting to do things for him which makes Sanji confused. Sanji also keeps forgetting to mention his family outside of Baratie to they boys because they're all so talkative and boisterous. Sanji keeps track of the conversations he's having with each of them but it is definitely a trial because they're all over the place in terms of thinking and talking. It's just a matter of time really before Sanji starts liking them back and truly it's awful because three? Three? No way they like him.

But then they ask him to be their boyfriend and he agrees. When he and Law have their own phone call the next day he tells his older brother who has heard of them on their family calls like normal. The resounding thud on the other side of the call and then the immediate freak out afterwards is bad but so funny. Law yells Sanji is thirteen and shouldn't be dating and Sanji shoots back that at least he is since Law's not and Law threatens to drown him and Sanji throws back he'll take Law with him. Ya know, sibling stuff. Sanji points out everyone likes them and thinks they're good and Law sighs and says he still wants to meet them. He has to come to the East Blue for a few things any way and it's been a while since they've seen each other. Sanji is excited to see his brother and meet his crew in person and just so excited truthfully, so Law gives him the date of when they'll be at Baratie and Sanji is so excited. He's bouncing around the Baratie and when ASL and Garp are visiting they ask why and Sanji is just only saying Law is coming soon and he's excited because it's been a couple of years and he misses his brother deeply. ASL are confused because Sanji is dating them? Who the fuck is Law? Sanji? Sanji doesn't explain further other than bouncing around and Zeff doesn't explain anything to them or Garp. Just rolls his eyes and continues on like usual. Sanji is usually able to focus easily but since finding out he hasn't been able to focus at all.

When Law and the crew come to Baratie, Zeff demands to feed them because they're traveling in a damn submarine and fucking look at them, they're all so fucking pale. Law is trying to talk Zeff out of it but is quickly overrun by his crew and he mutters about mutiny as Zeff laughs. The crew ends up staying all day at the restaurant and getting to know Zeff and Sanji and the staff. Law is obviously protective and laughs when Zeff asks him about the tattoos on his hands and answers he got a nickname from saving those that couldn't be saved without his fruit. Sanji is laughing so hard and Law is constantly hauling him up and shambling him between meals. He of course checks Sanji over and deems him fine. Law shows Sanji around the Polar Tang and Bepo holds the small blond and Sanji is surprised at how soft the mink is. Law drags Sanji into his bed to sleep because it's getting late and they've spent the day running around and using Law's fruit and Sanji has been cooking for them and it's a big crew to cook for on top of normal business. If Law snuck up to Sanji's to pack him a bag and nodded at Zeff to keep his silence for the surprise no one else needs to know. It's just been a while and Law's bed is comfy and the photos snuck of them are bought and paid for by Zeff. Of course.

The Baratie is closed the next day and despite it being closed Garp shows up with ASL who immediately yell for Sanji as Garp tells them to calm down because it was supposed to be a surprise. ASL is met by Shachi and Penguin are standing in front of them asking what they want with their captain's little brother and their confused because Sanji doesn't have a brother? What? Law laughs and asks Sanji why he didn't tell them and Sanji says he needs to try holding all of the conversations they're having together and individually. Zeff comes out to join as the crew spreads out to let the families talk and when ASL find out Law is a pirate and Sanji's brother everyone can see the gears turning in their heads. Sanji is trying not to laugh because Law is scary looking, but he's incredibly sweet and nerdy but also he doesn't cause harm unless it's in self defense really. He's a doctor, a surgeon. ASL are scared shitless of him of, his power freaks them out and Garp keeps trying to convince him to become a marine. Law says he'll think about it in ten years as Sanji laughs and says their parents will love that and Law says about as much as his boyfriends being the grandsons of a Vice Admiral.

Aaaa I'm glad you liked my rambling couple of headcanons!! The image of reader and cora just in the background while law is doing his scary surgeon of death thing cheering him on and offering potential new crewmates is so funny actually. And I agree there is nothing funnier to me than the idea of getting forced to join a pirate crew like doflamingo's just because you have a vague amount of childcare experience and were nice to a couple kids. I'm obsessed with baby dellinger (I know you haven't met him but he slays) and I like the idea of reader thinking his sharp teethies and horns are adorable and just kind of rolling with their new job and baby talking a bloodied toddler dellinger lmao. Maybe reader is a bit more deranged than everyone thought!

Yeah thank you for sending it in, it's a very fun AU to play with! I thought about it way too much at work today, so I'm dumping all of those random thoughts into this.

Angel has a tendency to baby all of the kids, so of course that's going to apply to the actual baby. She's always cooing over how cute his little horns and teeth are. Even when he's being a terror, she's excusing everything with: he's literally a baby. You got bit? Well why were you putting your hand so close to his mouth? He isn't even walking yet. If you're getting injured by him, that's just a skill issue on your part. Angel doting on him so much turns him into a major mama's boy.

Anyways onto my random ideas

Angel and Corazon's first interaction is a trainwreck because it happened after Angel saw him chuck Law out a window. Her first order of business is to go get Law and treat him, but the second she's done, she's out for blood. By the time she tracks down Corazon, she's so mad that she grabs the back of his coat and yanks on it so hard that she actually manages to make him fall flat on his ass. The instant he's down, she's grabbing him by the collar and laying into him like, "You are a grown ass man! In what fucking universe do you think it's okay for you to throw one of my kids out of a window?! Law is already sick, and now you're trying to kill him too?! If you so much as look at him again, I'll skin you alive and turn you into a coat!" She shoves him as she leaves, and Corazon just sits there in stunned silence because that was actually terrifying. He thought she was just a nanny, he didn't know she was capable of that. Doflamingo saw the whole thing and it just makes him like Angel more. Maybe she isn't so different from the rest of them after all.

Doflamingo gets all of the kids (excluding Law's stubborn ass) to call Angel 'mom'. Partially because he's so hung up on his whole family shtick, but mostly as a manipulation tactic to guilt trip her into not wanting to leave.

When it's time for Corazon and Law to leave, Angel promises to meet up with them when it's time to go. She says she has some last minute packing to do and will be right back. The "packing" is just smuggling the kids out in a crate (except for Dellinger who just gets stuffed in a purse because he's so tiny) because there isn't a chance in hell that she's leaving her kids to get raised by Doflamingo. Now Law has two embarrassing parents and also three siblings to annoy the hell out of him. He suffers even in the good AUs.

Doflamingo is irate when he realizes what happened and where like half of his damn family went. The betrayal is the worst part, but he's also pissed because he was starting to have a thing for Angel and he's mad that she's with his brother and not him.

I've had this Corazon lives!au (mixed with fem!Law au) scene in my head based on all the fics and ideas that have him in a coma and recovering for years after what happened with Doffy. Maybe he finally is well enough to be updated by Sengoku after Law and Luffy hit Dressrosa? And all i can imagine is Corazon seeing his baby girl alive and well, after experiencing the terror of waking up not knowing if Law ever survived, and just wailing that his daughter is alive. Fully on his knees just going Through It while Sengoku is trying to calm him down.

Well, maybe Cora pretending that he hates kids was a turn off for Crocodile who had at young kids at home X3
